The famous movie director and husband of Judy Garland, grew up in this house. According to Liza Minnelli, it was this house that he used as his inspiration for his movie “Meet Me In St. Louis”. During the third week in May of ’08, as part of the bicentennial, Delaware will have “Minnelli Days” in recognition of the entire Minnelli family. |
